A Beacon of Hope (Pregnancy Center of Johns Creek & Pregnancy Center of Decatur)
Our Goal: We provide care for men and women who have chosen to parent their child or place the child for adoption, even though the pregnancy was unplanned or untimely. Qualified patients may participate in this life changing programming until the child is 2 years of age. We know that parents need support, education and practical care. Our hope is to empower and encourage growing families to make healthy life choices. Programming is specific to you and your needs! To ensure that ALL members feel comfortable, we ask that you NOT bring friends or extended family unless you have permission from the Program Coordinator at the center. Only special circumstances will be considered.
BRIDGE CLASS:Support Groups for moms!

§ Support Groups are offered on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Tuesdays of each month. Please check the link above for ongoing updates.
§ Location: Main Site, Community Room (basement level) 2750 Old Alabama Road, Suite 100 Johns Creek, GA 30022
§ Time: 6:30-8:30 pm
§ Nursery assistance is available upon request – Prior reservations are necessary! Please contact Pam at (678) 893-5285 at least 1 week in advance to let her know of your needs.
§ A delicious, free dinner is provided.
§ The center cannot take responsibility for your transportation.
The Bridge Classes are designed to provide support and education for mothers and fathers during pregnancy and beyond. *Must be a qualified patient of Pregnancy Center of Johns Creek or Pregnancy Center of Decatur. It is a time to meet other men and women who are likely going through similar struggles and experiencing similar feelings. Participants meet and learn about a range of topics including prenatal care, postpartum care, parenting, spiritual growth, life skills such as budgeting, cooking, relationship issues and communication skills. All of these opportunities allow mothers and fathers to earn “Bucks” to shop in our BABY&ME Boutique for infant care items and clothing needs.

PREGNANCY OF DECATUR PARENTING CLASS:
The Parenting Classes are designed to provide support and education for mothers and fathers during pregnancy and beyond.
§ Classes are offered on the 1st Thursday of each month. Please check the Programming link for ongoing updates.
§ Location: St. Thomas More Catholic Church636 W Ponce de Leon Ave. Decatur, GA 30030
§ Time: 6:45-8:30 pm
§ Free, quality childcare is available for children 6 months and older.
§ A delicious, free dinner is provided.

Are you aware of the important developmental milestones that your child needs to experience? Did you know there really is such a thing as effective, loving discipline? Do you have the ability to encourage positive behavior? Hang out with us on Thursday nights (according to the schedule) and learn more in a fun, loving environment!
By participating in these classes, you will earn “Bucks” to shop in our BABY&ME Boutique for your infant care items and clothing needs.

MENTORING: The mentoring program creates unique opportunities to have a support person meet with you on an individual basis at the center. They will offer you emotional support, guidance, knowledge, compassion, and unconditional love. These times of Individual Education are designed to help you prepare for motherhood and achieve your personal goals.
§ Meet with a mentor for Individual Education on-site (required) 2 times per month for one hour during normal center hours (only) for one year.
§ The time with your mentor will be focused on education lessons designed especially for you!
By participating in mentoring, you will earn “Bucks” to shop in our BABY&ME Boutique for your infant care items and clothing needs.

BABY&ME BOUTIQUE:Relieve the financial pressure and provide for your child!
§ ALL Boutique items can only be purchased with BABY&ME Boutique BUCKS.
§ Bucks can only be earned by participating in Programming, Mentoring and other eligible activities.

Time: Dinner is served at 6:30. Bridge is from 7:00 - 8:00.
Location: Main Site, normal entrance, lower level.
Schedule for Bridge at The College Women's Center:
Time: 7 - 8:30 p.m. (childcare drop-off begins at 6:45 p.m.)
